Jensales has a large selection of agricultural and industrial manuals in stock and ready to ship! Most Reproduction manuals ship the same, or next business day!

PDF downloadable manuals are delivered via email link, within 1 business hour,during normal business hours, or within 1 business day during off hours (weekends, holidays, etc). Be sure to check your spam/junk email folder if you are expecting a PDF download. PDF/Digital kits ONLY include the manuals: decal & shop rag are only available for hardcopy purchases. 

OEM (part numbers starting with OEM-) and other special order manuals cannot be cancelled. These manuals may take up to 14 business days to receive, however most are processed in 5-10 business days. Please contact us with any questions. 

Most in stock parts ship within 1-3 business days. Most decals/decal sets ship within 7 business days. If there is an expected delay, we will contact you ASAP, with the updated status. Jensales allows the purchase of most parts on the website, even if stock is not always available at our main warehouse.  Jensales has many places to source these parts even after the main supplier has ended support. In the event parts are on back order or support ended by the main supplier, we have an advanced research team who will tirelessly search for your part.  In some instances, we may find your part, but at a higher cost.  We will reach out to you, regardless, if there are any issues satisfying your order.

USPS Delivery Times presented are the estimated delivery days once shipped. This is not an expedited service, or a guarantee; processing times do apply. For expedited processing & ship times, please choose FedEx 2nd Day or Overnight. NOTE:  Follow the links to UPS and FedEx for their current suspension of guarantee policies due to Covid-19.
